Rickson Gracie – Self Defense Unit – Module 2
What is Module 2 of Self.Defense.Unit?
Module 2 of Self.Defense.Unit presents 20 classic self-defense techniques, plus invisible Jiu-Jitsu — that is, the concepts and details refined over Rickson’s forty years of teaching and fighting experience.
In this course, you will learn much more than just how to defend against aggression. You will understand what the best strategy is for dealing with a given situation, and how important timing is. You will see the importance of connecting with base, and where the best lever can be found for a given position.
Every lesson in Module 2 is taught directly by Master Rickson Gracie.
WHO ARE YOU?
Get
If you have never trained Jiu-Jitsu and want to discover a strength you never thought you had, want to become able to defend yourself, gain self-control and learn to be calm in critical situations, there’s nothing better than learning the fundamentals of this martial art from someone who has spent his whole life understanding and perfecting it.
BEGINNERS
If you train Jiu-Jitsu, you’re going to have the chance to learn how to deal with unpredictable situations that go beyond Jiu-Jitsu as a sport, and perfect your knowledge related to what Rickson believes is the key to efficiency in Jiu-Jitsu: base, leverage, weight distribution, strategy and timing.
TEACHERS AND ADVANCED PRACTITIONERS
Each practical lesson presents an in-depth video where Rickson teaches, for the first time in history, invisible Jiu-Jitsu. This video enables the teacher to teach each move to a student of any gender, age and physical capacity. And it clears up questions a more advanced practitioner may have about the most efficient way to execute the position.
