Anxiety, stress, and depression are running high as a result of the COVID-19 crisis.

Even people who don’t normally identify with depression and anxiety are suddenly having episodes.

As someone who has successfully battled depression and anxiety for over 2 decades, I want to reach out to those who are suffering as a result of the COVID-19 crisis.

Qigong can absolutely help you to boost your immune system and stay healthy — but I think it is equally important to address the depression, anxiety, loneliness, and despair that come in conjunction with social distancing.

This art literally saved my life. I used it to overcome a severe case of clinical depression, not to mention low back pain, anxiety attacks, and a weak immune system.

Although I’ve been helping people for years, I suddenly find myself uniquely qualified to offer support through this crisis.

My New Program

I’ve been working on a new program SPECIFICALLY for this crisis. This new program combines several things:

• Online instruction in the fundamentals of qigong
• Guided meditations for practicing

• A supportive community

The last one of those — the community — is perhaps the most important part of all this.

I bring with me one of the largest (and coolest!) online qigong communities in the world.

And we’ve found a great way to foster community AWAY FROM other social media platforms like Facebook and Twitter.

I think we can all agree that during times like these, social media only exacerbates anxiety and fear. Finding community and support on other platforms will be good medicine in and of itself!
