This is my number one anti-aging, “staving off of Father time” group of exercises. Definitely the way I believe everyone needs to train once they get past 40 — even you young guys out there can get a real advantage.

In this series, each exercise is done for one single set — until fatigue — with slow, controlled reps.

No fast, jerky or explosive movement patterns.

Mobility has become the mainstay of my training, and this has been my personal workout, and hey, it seems to be working to keep me feeling young. But this program is good for you young fellas, too — it will preserve your youth and vitality into advanced age.
