Yoga For Everyone – Gentle Chair Yoga
All Levels
The basics and fundamentals of yoga poses are introduced. Learn the process of proper alignment in the poses, breathing techniques, the use of props in your practice and build confidence in your yoga postures. These classes are designed for both students with no experience as well as the seasoned practitioner.

BODY&SOUL classes are set to contemporary Christian music with a Christ centered meditation. Taking time to quiet our mind to be able to hear the still, small voice of our Creator.
Barre
A totally unique workout that fuses Pilates, yoga, aerobics, and strengthening exercises. Enjoy a fun and dynamic workout to sculpt your body and give you those strong, long and beautiful muscles.
Chair Yoga provides a unique opportunity to find deeper well-being though exploration of gentle postures, breath work, meditation and deep relaxation. Come experience the health benefits of this mind-body practice. This healing, calming and energizing practice can be incorporated throughout your work day and is also particularly beneficial if you find it uncomfortable to get onto or off of the floor or have difficulty with standing and balance.
Chair Yoga
Flow (Vinyasa) is a sequence of movements, in which the postures and breath are inter-connected. In this slow flow class, some of the poses are held for several breath cycles to refine the posture of the body, mind and heart. Classical yoga poses are taught, along with variations and a few “twists”, to help keep the mind attentive and the body and mind interested. In each class, we will practice being present, strengthen and stretch the muscles of the skeletal, respiratory and cardiovascular systems and cultivate the strength, flexibility and resilience of the mind, body and spirit.

Flow
A calming, stress-relieving yoga class to stretch and strengthen the body gradually. Emphasis is on building awareness of the breath and the body. Postures are practiced at a slower pace with attention to alignment and detail. Recommended for all levels looking for a soothing, relaxing, and restorative experience, especially those newer to yoga or working with special concerns or injuries.
Gentle
Yin yoga is a meditative deep stretch practice of long-held postures(mostly seated). It is appropriate for beginners and seasoned yogis alike. It can be a stand alone practice or is great to compliment the more Yang(vinyasa or flow) style of yoga . We hold each posture for 1 – 5 minutes using props to help support and reach the deeper connective tissues. This class assists the body in becoming more flexible and energizing the organ meridians. Most postures target the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis, and spine.
Yin
A Latin and hip hop flavored dance-inspired fitness class for a non-stop, calorie burning, high energy workout.
